DOG EAT DOG
Die in den frühen 90ern gegründete Crossover Band aus New Jersey überzeugte von Beginn an mit ihrer Kombination aus Elementen von Hardcore-Punk, Heavy Metal und Hip-Hop.
Nach Veröffentlichung ihres ersten Studioalbums „All Boro Kings“ 1994, gingen Dog Eat Dog gemeinsam mit Biohazard auf Europa Tournee. Mit "No Fronts" landete die Band zudem ihren ersten Singlehit.
Auf dem folgenden 1996er Album „Play Games“ waren so illustre Gäste wie Ronnie James Dio und RZA vom Wu-Tang Clan mit von der Partie.
1999 feierte die Band mit „Amped“ den dritten Erfolg nacheinander in den Media Control Charts.
Nach „Walk With Me“ (2006) beschränkten sich Dog Eat Dog darauf Welt weit kontinuierlich zu touren.
Nun, nach über 10 Jahren melden sich die Pioniere des Crossover mit neuem, heiß ersehnten Material zurück. Die Tracks auf „BRAND NEW BREED“ zeigen erneut die Ohrwurmqualitäten der Band und überzeugen mit modernen Beats und Sounds, ohne die alten Trademarks zu vergessen.
Egal ob Hardcore, Rock, Reggae… Was auch immer Dog Eat Dog anfassen, es wird zum Groovemonster!

The crossover band from New Jersey, founded in the early 90s, convinced from the beginning with their combination of elements of hardcore punk, heavy metal and hip-hop.
After releasing their first studio album "All Boro Kings" in 1994, Dog Eat Dog toured Europe together with Biohazard. With "No Fronts" the band also landed their first single hit.
The following album "Play Games" in 1996 featured such illustrious guests as Ronnie James Dio and RZA from the Wu-Tang Clan.
In 1999 the band celebrated their third successive success in the international charts with "Amped".
After "Walk With Me" (2006) Dog Eat Dog started touring the world continuously.
Now, after more than 10 years, the pioneers of crossover are back with new, highly anticipated material. The 4 tracks on "BRAND NEW BREED" show the catchy qualities of the band again and convince with modern beats and sounds without forgetting the old trademarks.

Die 14 explosiven und inspirierenden neuen Songs vereinen eine Vielzahl von zeitgemäßen Stilen, ohne ihre Wurzeln zu verleugnen. Das Album überrascht mit einer Vielzahl von Tönen, Stimmungen, Dynamiken und Tempi, begleitet von ihrer nie versiegenden Energie und positiven Einstellung.
